This is worst travel to booked,..
they most of the time cancelled the bus & allocate booked passenger to another bus & you have take seat as per their choice, never ever book this bus for good travel experience, Khurana is way better than Bharuka travel.
Even they never inform you on time that bus has been cancelled so you can never get a time to book another bus

Terrible experience. They unfairly changed their buses in mid journey from ac to non ac buses. Buses are in terrible conditions. Always faces problem because of poor bus conditions. I reached at 11 am instead of 6am on my exam date due to this. It's happened with me three times during my journeys from pune to hadgaon and vice versa.

very bad service by your operating team, how this can be not possible to the owner cannot make a change in the customer journey? I was simply asking to change the location from Mumbai to Pune but they are not able to change it, which is very bad. even for the same rate, I am not asking for a refund or anything. I know nothing can happen for this complaint but I am still writings the feedback
