Very Arrogant people, specially that girl talking over phone is way too arrogant and mannerless spoken, she told me bar bar phone mat karo while I was just inquiring.

I have had a very good experience with this travel agency. The owner was very professional and managed to secure the best flight options possible for me. I tried quite a few different travel agencies but the good customer service, trustworthiness and competitive pricing are some of the key factors that differentiate this company from most other travel agencies.
