Best travel service provider with personal touch. Have done all sorts of bookings here for visa, personal car with driver, air tickets, hotel bookings etc and have never faced any issue. Best part was when recently we applied for Australia visa. Other agents had told us that it would take 30-60 working days and it is not possible sooner. Here i received my visa in 60 hours exact. In Time Tours made excellent package for us for a trip to Mcleodganj, Manali and Shimla this summer. We also visited Solang valley and Rohtang pass, Atal tunnel etc which made our family vacation exciting and a great one. Hats off to Chhaya and Kamlesh who arranged for the best of hotels with delectable food and fantastic rooms for a pleasant stay. They also arranged for a super comfortable SUV for our entire journey starting from Amritsar and ending in Chandigarh. Everything at In Time is professional - they also arranged for a cab in the middle of the night for our drop to airport. Kudos to the duo and their travel firm. The best part is Kamlesh is available for any assistance on phone while on trip and ensures that the holiday is a memorable one. Thanks.

worst experience ever .very bad driver , owner doesn't listen too . also it wasn't our misunderstanding it was your drive who isn't listening and going the other way on purpose. there's 10 ladies of us not all of us can be wrong so please don't blame us for your mistake . stop covering for your own mistakes . you can't even handle your customer complain with a positive attitude you're choosing toh fight instead we can clearly see who's wrong here :)

Rude behavior and worst customer service.
Had an unpleasant experience and would not recommend their service
We only had requested driver to make a stop for few miniutes which was on the way and not that he hd to take a detour but he knowingly took the otherway and left the ladies waiting on the highway
we should have registered complaint against driver for threatening us to leave the bus on the road and when complained for the same to the office, they simply cut the call
We had not asked anything against their terms and conditions and there were no misunderstandings
I would urge all the ladies not to opt their service if its all women trip or solo trip
We have all call recordings and proof also to submit
