Before doing the tickets I did talk to your staff regarding the fitness eligibility why didn't they check and say anything that time? It's your duty to assure your customers are being satisfied and still we didn't complain :) Disappointing service. Complimentary?, we paid for the gyrocopter ride :) we didn't knew there was complimentary also for booking lol well done and also thank you for clearing up my mind to assure not to book any travels from your agency. Hope you guys develope some communication skills with your customers as well as your staff.

Pathetic service, they ruined my case of Canada Visa. They don't know anything. God knows on what basis they claim of long experience on Visa process.
They charged such a hefty amount and work in non professional way.
