The reason I am giving 4 stars is there's a problem of vantilation in the bus as it is a AC travels . Feeling nauseous all over in journey . Apart from it , the new bus has comfortable sleeping seats , it has charger point , blankets are provided . Bus runs on time .

Bus is comfortable, but what is disheartening to know is it is not informed to passengers that "लगेज चे पैसे वेगळे भरायला लागतील" It was a CPU that was kept in luggage which we had to pay at the boarding point last moment, my point is ₹.200.00. is not much to argue or quarrel for but the responsible authority should officially give a receipt for the same. Who knows where the luggage cash is accounted for. You people should keep passengers informed. Else 5 stars is not a problem.

They helped me during my emergency...
Without asking for a single penny, they guided me and supported well.
I was not their customer, even they helped me to reach pune in emergency...

Worst service. Don’t go for this bus. Expensive and they drop you anywhere and ask to change the bus.
Not recommended.

Bus was clean but time required to reach destination is more than other bus operators. Bus delayed by 1 Hour.
