Most hopeless, untrained ,unprofessional staff.
I felt uncomfortable while talking to Veena's person. As I am planning to book first time with Veena world they should explain tour package in details but he just shared it and also not giving proper explanation to our queries. Really pathetic experience. I don't think they are interested in customer.
