Khurana Travels

Travelling by MH 38 F 6099, Date.09-Mar, J.Time. 07:30 PM
Bus is already late by 2 hours and its stopping at every small village. Also I can see at least 5-7 people sitting in the front lobby (Additional earning?). Poor service!

I am probably travels with Private travels because I was presumed about service of private travels is not good. But khurana travels make my presumption wrong. This travel service is amazing.no hassles when you books tickets,pick and drops available,affordable price ,online booking with cash back, comfortable seats,clean and hygienic atmosphere inside bus,security ,and best thing is no one disturb you when you are taking rest on your seat.timing if service is accurate. Even they reached you early at your destination. Best service

Only outer presentation of vehicle is not enough to ensure good services and make customers happy. Many times experienced rash driving to cover distance. Bedsheets are well-washed but blankets are dusty, one cannot breath in it. The most critical issue is hault during night time. People are living creatures who need food and evacuation on certain times. Bus stops at any place on the road and ask people to urinate wherever they find appropriate. They just tell males and females different directions to look for their 'convenient spot'! With such unbelievable amount of money spent on tickets, people are treated with such ill-manner by travel services. Its not just Khurana but other travel services too follow this practice. Improve!

Pathetic service in Pune-Umerkhed-Pune route.
Buses are not at all maintained.
Drivers and conductors are less mannered and they dont have affinity to ladies even for bio breaks.

Departure time from pune 10.30 PM.. Bus arrived at 12.30 am
Arriving time at nanded next day 7 am... Arrived at 7 PM... Worst travel experience... Dabba gaadi... Do not travel in Khurana buses
