Worst staff of borivali west. Very rude and uninterested. Kindly change the staff to get more customers.

Very bad service, they know nothing about visas. They just say that you have to do personally we will help only in filling form!!! Like SERIOUSLY . Any small boy csn fill a form What are you charging 5500rs for. You need to get trained n then also train your staff.

Rude Manager Lady - When the manager is so rude and curt with customers, wonder what the team would be like. Great to see such folks in Service Industry. Hats Off!

It was my first time, and surely the last time I contact Akbar Travels for any travel plans. Yes, their itineraries are slightly lower than others in terms of ticket prices but their itineraries take weeks!
A minor revision and they go into a dither.
They'll avoid your calls or messages and won't even keep you informed that they've stopped work on your itinerary.
I even volunteered to pay the Rs 4K that Gayatri wanted me to pay to put together a revised itinerary but know what? Even my willingness to pay an advance didn't make her budget.
I only hope the owner of Akbar Travels who is is known to the ex Administrator of Don Bosco Matunga (a friend) read this review and brings about a change to the working style. Make it accountable.

The attendant stopped responding after a point, and I had to find another tour guide at end moment.

It's a scam! Stay away, especially from Purva. There is no accountability at all.
