Great and delightful experience in Singapore

Worst travel agents. I enquired about Schengen visa to netherlands.tge female excutive told. Me you will first need the tickets. I insisted it's not mandatory. She told me it is mandatory. I bought the tickets and then they said no slots available and did not answer my queries properly. I don't know the name of that executive but I am sure they can find in their recorded customer calls. I trusted akhbar travels and had not enquired anywhere else thinking they are stalwarts in this feild
But they wasted my 1.2lac rs. After that I called other visa services and they said with block tickets for whic you pay 1000+GST is enough for applying for visa. Please akhbar travels can you compensate for the wrong info despensed by you. I also have mails from you which says ticket is mandatory.

They took 18 days to process my Singapore Visa, moreover didn’t reply to any of my emails during this period.

I had to file a complaint in consumer forum to get my passports back

We had a great trip, Nadya was very helpful and answered all our queries. Highly recommended for a great holiday experience.

-1 star for this travel 3rd class pathetic services of the travel agency they are the worst in managing Iternery, no at all responsible and reliable this Akbar travels. Never experience such kind of pathetic service, don't waste and spoil ur trip with this 3rd class travel

Giving incorrect information to the customer and don't know how to answer a call. They themselves don't have proper and complete information. I called in thrice as a friend of mine suggested me this to apply for a visa and they told me that japan is closed for tourist visa but it's not.
