My Travell bus comes From Bhopal it was late by 30 min

Anjar to indore bus service

Not good.

We booked the bus for two days, 22nd april indore to vadodara and 23rd april Vadodara to indore. On the first day, one seat was dirty with packet of tambaku, chips, used bottle. We cleaned it. Asked the conductor to bring a blanket, he said pointing to a blanket kept on the floor to use that. We said to being another but he said we don't have any! The next day while travelling from Vadodara to indore, a bus staff was sleeping on our seat, who was also drunk. We told him to get up but he didn't. Had to call the conductor. We then asked the conductor to change the bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket as it was used and too dirty. He refused and started shouting, "kuch change nahi hoga, sojao ispar hi". Then he took the matter to driver frightening us that let us take the bus to the office, we agreed. But he stopped the bus instead and both conductor and driver started fighting with us, " aisa hi hota hai, koi change nahi hogi bedsheet, hanara aadmi to soyega seats par hi," The argument got to a point where the driver started shouting at me, "zada tez chalti hai sali, padi likhi hai" and was about to come over to beat me while my father stopped him. We had to sleep on that dirty used seat afterwards. Also ghe drunk guy who was sleeping on our seat earlier was driving the bus later. We went to complain at shrinath office the other day but no action was taken. Never ever faced such issue with other travels. Worst company, will never book again. Highly disappointed!

It's not have proper suspension in bus so

... its sleeper and I didn't enjoy my journey indore to bhopal .. because on road hurdle it's very uncomfortable to sleep...

Worst bus experience ever. It felt like I was traveling in a local bus. Carrier was already full and everyone's luggage was kept in the aisle. Water dripping from light socket. Passengers sleeping in the aisle. Literally no place to walk up to the gate.

Always travels with them, good behavior and politeness of the concerned persons, sometimes it gets delayed but it's overall services are good, some of the bus conductor keeps taking local traveller's, while it's said it's a non stop bus, bus stops at every stop in the route.
