We recently booked our trip to South India with Hideaways. We had a very pleasant, hassle free experience from the planning phase to the end of trip and shall surely consider them for the our next vacation.

1) Personalized and Customized experience unlike the major travel portals which only offer same hotels/travel destination. Mr. Shailesh suggested us better travel destinations.
2) The property selection was excellent.
3) Prompt service and periodic check-ins during trip to ensure everything is ok.
4) One designated car driver for the entire trip - We were very impressed by our driver, he was extremely professional, polite, punctual and decent.
5) We felt service was slightly expensive when compared to other travel operators, however it was a peak season and ofcourse good things come with price so we were ok with it.
