want to share my experience with this travel agency of Sushil padwal. I stayed in hotel Panchvati continental katra. We planed to travel for kashmir. So we searched a travel company near me. It was near to hotel so I called to owner and discussed about my plan. He suggest that don't take taxi for dropping take a full package for 6 days of kashmir. I said OK I will take it. I told him that I want a ac cab in a very good condition for my family. He said u don't worry about that I will give best sedan car and best driver for your family I said that give me Maruti swift dezier and he gave me a old Tata indigo he said that this car is better then dezire.he said u go and no need to worry. Then wetook the taxi and went to our destination after some time we realize that ac is not working in the car and windows are not open and down properly and seat are very uncomfortable.we pay for ac car and used to go in non ac car bcoz there was high temperature in the highway.car no was JK02TA8002 I WON'T SUGGEST U TO BELIVE TO KATRA TRAVEL AGENCY. they fool us and broken our trust I paid huge amount for this trip and they don't care about that.on hill area in SONAMARG car got heated many times and hill area of PAHALGAM same was happen finally we were travelling from PAHALGAM to patnitop hill station. Car got heated in overnight approx 12 pm in hill area fully jungle and alone place driver stopped the car for 20.min minutes twice time we were scared and pray for our help. W were that as soon as possible this trip should be ended safelyfinal day he dropped us at Jammu railway station I deducted some amount for thisbut he argued for full payment I complained for him in Jammu tourism office at railway station then he used to go back. So guys never trust on them check all the thing and take a writing letter pad with full details and don't go with this travel agency in katra

Mr.Sushil is a cheat. Be careful. He’s a sweet-talker but doesn’t keep up to the promises. He asked us for some advance but put us up in some cheap hotels. He says something but does something else. We booked Jammu to Kashmir road trip through him, though he knew there’s a road block ahead, he didn’t inform us about it and let us take the ride simply so he could ask for the return amount as well. Not just this but there are multiple incidents because of which my family & I were under distress. Please don’t believe the good reviews here, in Katra, he has a bad name for duping tourists.

We booked Kashmir tour from SB Tour and Travels. Mr. Sushil is an unprofessional man. After (paid advance)tour booking they never called us. First they sent us the room images of some good hotel. When we reached the hotel, they gave very dirty low quality hotel room in Srinagar. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. Before booking a tour, they talk sweetly, after that they neither pick up calls nor reply to texts on time.
