Mr Sayed is an highly Uncouth travel agent.
We booked a package where the rooms per day were at Rs 13000/-per day,in Pahlgham (Kolahoi)
Mr Sayed on our request booked us in Rs 12000/-per day in Gulmarg(Kolahoi)
The booking was transfered to the same group of hotel Kolahoi. We requested Mr Sayed gor the refund of Rs 3000/- but this sweet talking Cheap Charlie refused saying this was the extra amount he had earned.
So we shift to a lower catagory room & Mr Sayed pockets the amount.
What A Noble Soul.
