This was our first time visiting Vaishno devi and doing Kashmir tour. Till now, my worst experience with travel agent - Mr. Manik. He doesn't know anything - from managing a tour and providing customer service. Whatever photos he sent me of the hotels while booking th itinerary, he changed them all. I paid him advance amount and confirmed my booking in May. He did not book a single hotel till last minute. For our houseboat, we have to wait for 2 hours because he was busy in doing last minute bookings. Even we as a customer were trying to find a houseboat. I made all adjustments even though I was paying for the tour and still he would manage to talk to you like it is all your fault. Please don't go by the positive comments. Indian holiday makers agency is good because I interacted with other agents as well and they were very good. But Mr. Manik was very rude and worst in giving customer service.

Worst in customer service. Left us waiting for 2 hours with no hotels/houseboat even after booking it in 1 month advance. Booked a package of 7 nights 8 days for 7 people for Kashmir, vaishno devi, pahalgam, sonmarg and gulmarg along with some locals markets.. unfortunately 1 person had to drop so we were left with 6 which we informed manik well in advance… since the time we de boarded from train Mr Manik so called travel agent said car is waiting outside we were supposed to get innova but we got omni to drop us to hotel after waiting for 40 minutes.. knowingly that we are 6 booked triple sharing rooms. We had to fight and paid extra for a 3rd room… same happened in each hotels. Still he managed to threaten us to charge for entire 7 people….my recommendation Never ever book anything from this agency. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
