1.No one is available to receive guest at Airport
2.Accompany of their person was not available at booking of Helicopter
If they will improve on these I Hope they will be no.1. So keep it up

i have been holidays many times but i would like to say this was the best holiday i ever had.... thanks SHUBHYATRAS... i will plan my next holiday soon.

We had booked our Kashmir package from Subhyatra, Jammu in May-2016.Package was included transportation, Stay, Breakfast, Dinner & Sightseeing. Subhyatra’s personnel had received us from Jammu Railway Station without wasting any time. Refreshment arrangement at Jammu was excellent. Only committed hotels were provided. All the hotels were very excellent. Food quality was very good. Mr.Rajesh Chandan was continuously in touch with us. He had always guided us for DO’S & DONT’S everywhere. He is very cooperative in his Nature. We met him at the end of tour. Transportation Staff were very obedient, punctual & honest. I strongly recommend Subhyatra for Kashmir tour. Our Trip was very memorable due to excellent hospitality by Subhyatra. The credit goes to Mr.Rajesh Chandan.

We had been to vaishnodevi hardware and rishikesh.Shubyatras had done excellent arrangements.we were received at jammu airport,moved to katra immediately.in fact car was waiting at airport.the hotel at Kate's was nice.we were dropped at Banganga for trekking .vaishnodevi Sarah's was good.local sight seeing at Kate's namely the navadurga cave,Dansargufaa,we're nice.at jammu we visited ran visweswar Mandir and jambhavaan gufaa then dropped to jammu airport for Delhi.on arrival at delhi we were received and by road we were taken to hardware.the hotel at hardware was excellent.two days halt there.we had holy sip and moved to rishikesh.sight seeing and boat ride at rishikesh went very well.on return we had gangway haarathi at haridwar,quite excellent.next day we had darshan of manasa devi and Chan Di Devi after holy dip at gangaa again.we were dropped at Delhi airport in time.over all the vehicle a dedicated one,excellent hotel accommodation with breakfast.well taken care by shubyatras jammy.Rajesh Chanda ji ko ek aur base panama Katha join.5 star rating is bit less.they deserve more.

We had been to vaishnodevi haridware goa masoorie rajasthan kanyakumari , kerala , agara , shimla kullu manali ,amritsar delhi and rishikesh.Shubyatras international & all had done excellent arrangements.

The worst travel service ever. These people are scam and try to rip off customers as badly as they can. We booked 2 tempo travellers and paid a wholesome amount of 90,000 rupees, still these people cheated us and kept on asking for more money everyday. If you're planning to go with family please do not trust these people. The drivers we got were very rude to us and the travel agent Mr. Rajesh is a super scam. The drivers we're totally drunk and supply drugs.
The travel agent promised a lot of things at the time of booking but failed to give any of them. When, we got frustrated with these people and asked for their office address they don't even have one. No compensation was given to us and they also threatened us and our family. This incident took place in July 2018. A complaint has been registered at tourist police station and actions will be taken against these criminals.
SHUBHYATRA is a complete non sense and waste of time. Please stop cheating people and playing with their emotions otherwise you will have to pay for it someday or other.
Please don't book in advance rather you can find lot of cabs in Kashmir when you reach there.
Stay safe from these scoundrels.
