Its was great family trip at a very good price. Mr Hihal coordinated things very well and it was a very smooth experience.
We also would like to highlight we fell sick due to some food issue which can happen but Mr. Hilal and his team were kind enough to visit in person and managed the check out check in time basis our health convince.

I have been visited many hilly places all over India, all are more than one, but the beauty that I saw in Kashmir is really not worth describing in words. So beautiful, so sweet and above all such lovely people. has someone said a lot that if there is a heaven somewhere on earth it is here. Which is absolutely true. Although I thought that I would organize the whole tour myself, but seeing the situation in the media there was a lot of worry, but when I read about Mr. Hilal Sahab on the internet, I thought why not give a chance to his tour service, that's it. I called Hilal and booked my tour package through him , and believe me he is such a nice guy and so friendly. Hilal sahib immediately clearing all my doubts which is on my mind and made arrangements from Jammu to Srinagar Pick & Drop, Food, Accommodation, site seeing etc. When I reached Srinagar and Pahalgam, which was included in their trip, there was already very good arrangement for accommodation and food in 3 star hotels. Hotel is also so neat and clean and hotel staff was very co-operative taking care of all the needs from minute to minute. Apart from this, there was also a very good facility of houseboat stay, site scene at unknown but very beautiful places which is my own wish, shikara ride. His companion Mr. Tanveer was also very co-operative, it was his daily job to inquire about all the places to visit and to take care of his condition even while sleeping. The most important thing, when I confirmed the booking and asked them to take booking amount or token money, they replied that where is the money going, first you come roam, see then give money. I liked this kind of words very much. He had said one more thing that you will take a memorable trip from here, which was really my most memorable trip so far. Had a great experience with Kashmir Travels! Mr Hilal helped us with great food, accommodation and transport arrangements. There was transparency in service and what roadblocks we could expect during our travel such as having to use local transportation etc. the local driver provided - Mr Shabir was quite polite and punctual, ensuring a smooth experience on the road. All hotels were provided with heating (essential for kashmir in november), with food included in package.
Mr Hilal also helped us out with delivering our watch that we had forgotten in one of the hotels. He quickly spoke to his network and we had it back in our hands within 24 hrs! Highly recommend everyone to check out their packages and services!
