Review as follows:-
For stay at hotel- A small room with a double bed was provided for two adults and two children (12 & 5). Neither extra bed was provided nor has the space to place extra bed (Hotel City Grace, Room No 102). Houseboat stay was comfortable. The attendant was a good person and took care of every need (Navrattan House boat), Dal Lake, Srinagar. To say about conveyance, time punctuality of the driver was good. I was shocked when I asked the driver to switch the ac on in the last 40 km of our journey, he replied that the travel agency has not paid him for ac. I consider it as my mistake that I should have confirmed whether ac would be provided. Please be cautious when you go with this travel agency. The car driver was halting at the places where he loved to eat only and he asked to order foods which don't take time to prepare. If you are traveling with your family with kids it's not possible, after all we are travelling on tour not going to office in a hurry. The driver also asked to pay some road taxes/ tolls/ entry fees for car. It's not understood when we are traveling under a tour package, how it is charged extra! We didn't hired the taxi for conveyance only. Overall rating 2 (**) out of 5.

Want to Share my experience with Golden Tour Operators : we loved the way they treated us during our entire stay either on booking of air tickets or hotel booking. Minor things will always be there even when we do individual hotel bookings which will overcome if you feel everything is minor.. right from the time we arrived and the time we departed its family atmosphere. i prefer or i suggest you can go with Golden Tour operators in long way.. thank you.

Trip was wonderful, Harsh ji was very much supportive. car driver was also very supportive and guided us also..harsh ji initially booked our room to silver category then transferred it to gold category without any extra cost.

The service's of Golden Tour Operators are excellent. Mr. Harish - In charge is courteous and listen to traveller's requirements and deliver the best.
We all availed the service's during Amarnath Yatra, Gulmarg and Srinagar site seeing.
Only improvement point is while booking the house boat in Dal lake better to inspect the quality especially hygine part. ( Holiday Inn boat) was not good in respect to food and cleanliness.

Such an amazing service !!

I have booked my "Sri AmarnathJi Yatra 2022" plan using GOLDEN TOUR OPERATORS and I was keen to be involved in other surroundings in Srinagar City (i.e. House Boat, Shikara Ride, Shalimar Garden, Mughal Garden, Shankaracharya Temple & many more ...).
