If you pay premium in the belief that conducting a Forex Buy/ Sell with Thomas Cook will be a smooth experience then think twice. Not at least at their Anand, Gujarat branch. The moment you reveal that you wish to conduct an Online transaction with merely a Branch pickup, they become rude and offensive. A customer is supposed to physically visit them and give total transaction control to them in manual mode. Reporting to higher ups will also not change things.
