Fernweh Vacations

Unfortunately, of late, i had a bad experince with Fernweh, during my recent trip to Singapore. Though, i had paid little extra, as compared to other renowned tour operator, i did not get the agreed services. The hotel room was too small to stay. They were providing parcel of few items for breakfast initially. Many things, agrred were left out and once having agreed for refund, did not pay by giving lame excuses.

Response time was very quick, prompt, and efficient. they helped divert huge logistical issues during our trip. they helped problem solve all the way through our vacation. personal touch that is unparalleled. my kids came to India after 10 years and had a blast as well as a smooth vacation. highly recommend Kaushikbhai.
