My visa got rejected because of there negligence. There representatives also don't respond promptly. After rejection of my visa, the person who was handling my case did not even come on the phone.

Worst Customer Service. The number provided has the rude person on the other side who doesn't have the sense of talking to a customer or a fellow human being. Rude and pathetic.

Bad experience tried for Singapore visa. They don’t give you proper information about the documents they needed and delay things.really tiring experience

Please don't rely on any fees and process , they ask you to do payment and when things fail they will not answer you. Don't trust them.

Pathetic Service given by delhi branch. No one is ready to talk and answer queries on phone. Seems not interested in getting clients.
