Mr Rajeev I called there from America to book a tour package and I asked him question and he hang up the phone this is a good customer service if you do like this no one book Tour package From Thomas cook

Worst experience
I called them for a forex card which they said will be delivered on same day. For 5 days they kept making excuses and stopped responding just a day before my flight.
Thankfully bookmyforex got me the card delivered on the day.

Shameful !

The staff is helpful and courteous. However, their processes can be improved further. It took me over 40 minutes to get my currency. And this was when I had sent all the information one day in advance.
