Do not use!!!! This company is a total fraud, if you see them run the other way. They also operate under the name Backpacker Travel Center.

We booked a tour with this company in January 2017 and paid them a substantial amount of money for flights, trains, accomodation and tours.

They failed to deliver the vast majority of this trip leaving us to book taxis and flights out of our own pocket, as well as failing to deliver a safari tour and boat trip as promised. They had no valid reasons for failing to book any of this.

We have been waiting 2 months for a refund, and each week our "agent", Zafi, tells us we will get it the following week.

We have little to no hope of seeing this money again, as well as our memories of India being ruined.

Once again, if you stumble across this company, DO NOT USE THEM, run the other way!!!

The previous reviews are corrent. I found this out the hard way.
Honestly they are such a terrible group I just hope that others read these reviews beforehand. I just wish there was a way I could let others know how bad they are before they go through the same experience that I did. Dont let them ruin your time in India like they did mine.
Honestly they might run you a decent trip, anything is possible, but honestly do not take the risk.
I have never met a group more single mindedly determined to ruin some ones experience.

This was a total scam, as it turns out. This company cheats and lies to travelers. The people who work in this travel agency are fraudulent crooks. The owner, is agressive to both his employees causing a horrifically troublesome experience when sitting in his office, and is persistant and rude to customers. JUST DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS!

The agency is a legalized scam. They ask you to pay in advance and pretend not to give you any reservation, because they "leave you the flexibility to change your plan". I asked for every train and flight reservation and, after 2 hours of waiting, they were able to give me only 1 train of 4 and 2 flight. Then I called the Tourist Police to help me to contract with them for my trip canceled and my money refunded. They helped me to have an half refund cash, because on the contract I signed was written that only 50% could be refunded once the trip was started. But they didn't booked anything, only 2 flights for an amount of 12,000 rupees, and they kept 60,000 rupees for them without any reason! But most of people do not succeed neither to be half refunded, cause they don't have time to spend with them. Few days later, they texted me on whatsapp treatening me to remove a bad review with their pics on consumercomplaints.in, in the other case they would have canceld my flights just booked (that didn't happen).
Please, stay away from this place if you want to enjoy India.

Zafi provided a very personalized itinerary that also fit my budget.

Whenever I had any issues he was just a phone call away and always happy to help.

I totally disagree with other contents written about this professional travel agency.I had my one month vacation booked by them.i travelled through 5 states and never complained about any of their services.they were responsible and punctual.

Very friendly scammers, was brought there by a third party to get a phone SIM & was charged 4 times the actual price! Then they tried to hustle me into buying exorbitantly priced rail tickets, which i thankfully didn't do. Do not go here and do not trust them.
