Currently on the bus from Agra to Varanasi. The quality is very poor and the bus was late by 4 hours. After I asked the driver to stop for a quick toilet break, he just continued driving. Very bad experience.Wouldn't recommend.

Even this rating is more than enough ,I wish to give it in negative rating. Neither Information is good nor communication because after payment & assurance we got deceiving things from your side. We didn't use the bus because as per your information you bus got break down condition , nevertheless you are sending as a message of Happy Journey , what is this?☺

Terrible service. Our 9:40 bus picked us up at 11:30. We tried calling several of the help centers but they said to call the bus driver who didn’t pick up his phone. When I told the main office the bus driver wasn’t picking up they pretended to not speak English and then hung up the phone. Finally on the bus the driver drove so recklessly. Terrible company. There are several other operators to choose from.

Very poor service on Delhi to Siwan route. Now a days the Amar's Buses are in very poor condition. Last time the engine was down 40KM before delhi. Today the AC is down.

Dangerous. The bus showed up almost three hours late. The driver tried to make up for lost time by speeding for 10 hours straight. The bus was loaded with women and children. The first time I asked the driver to slow down, he said he needed to make up for lost time. I explained that if we crashed and die, we will really be late. He ignored me. The second time, I threatened him. Many people on the bus joined in and started complaining. He slowed down for about two hours and then sped back up for the last hour and a half. Don't travel with loved ones with this company. You are putting them and yourself at great risk.

Worst maintenance and cheating the passengers . In highway stopped for 6 hours. If anyone gives more than 2 is working in amar. Each their drivers are not satisfied with the vechile with them

Time not managed. Bus of 10.30 PM came at 11.30 PM and drop was at 3.00 PM but its 5.00 PM in ahmedabad but still we are 50km away.

When I meet with the company owner then I realised he is a very simple behaviour person and talking with me very respectfully and his employees are helping hand.
