Used Thomas cook to buy thai bhatt for my Thailand trip. All went good. Though they made me wait more than 10 minutes. They have not enough staff to handle even 2-3 customers. They need to get more staff or manage better for much better responses.

The security guard is very rude. He can't differentiate between customers and beggars and thus treats everyone equally. Want there fir Visa and currency, but he made me change my mind! Surprisingly the office people were very ignorant of him misbehaving with customers!

Very professional staff, we went for visa for Singapore. Office is inside PVR complex so you don't find board from outside easily.
