Fraud company..I am saying this with personal experience..they will take money for visa process in advance and will never take action and when asked for refund, it never comes back. Luckily, I had few days left in my travel and went ahead with a local travel agent. I got my visa within 5 working days. Still waiting for refund from Akbar after a month. Try them at your own risk, if you have enough time and money in hand.

It was very ..Difficult to talk to these guys ...m an agent and registered with them. I found difficulty in login to agent portal so decided to call these guys for help bit I end up with no help Nd long phn call waiting ....

They take too much time in resolving the issues which is too much irritating. I m d example 4 this.

Fraud people. They claim to provide a Vietnam visa within 3 working days on their website. Also on the Vietnam immigration website, it's clearly mentioned that the process is of three days. These fraud people could not provide visa in 7 days. Whenever I enquired about knowing status, they argued & tried to teach me talking manners instead of providing updates. There is a lady named Safa, and a person named Bhusan these all are very arrogant & talk rudely. Never pay any money to this company for any work.

Total Chaos at Delhi Airport. Very pathetic service, no coordination, total mess of time and planning. Flight has been delayed for last 23 hours, people are hungry, distorted, frustrated. Extremely nonsense of a service.

Hope can give 0 star rating. They provide worst service, they don’t care about people’s comfort or health. They made us to wait on the airport for 12 hours with laim excuse, without meal or any contact information.

You get lowest price of flight tickets truly or may be luckily i got at half the price
