Or might be the people's assigned at the counters are not been trained well namely Bitupan Das at DIBRUGARH.
He has made me wait for a parcel which was containing emergency medicine for more half an hour as he was busy in his paper work & he hardly pay any attention to my request as the patient was admitted & for him his duty call was more important than an ill person in hospital

Providing good transportation facility since a long time. My most preferred travel partner

Very poor driving. (Somehow managed to reach Guwahati on time)
No covid safety measures were taken.
Seats were somewhat comfortable.

Nice bus service, cost effective, cheaper than any other bus service... yet buses are neat n tidy, goood staff....

Counter is not big as I expected. Wish there is bigger place for passengers for waiting the bus and bus must ply directly from Dibrugarh to Itanagar. It is long and tiresome to waiting the Namsai Or Tinsukiya bus to ply to the Itanagar.
