Good bus conditions but when I travelled from guwahati to silchar, it becomes very late to reach silchar. Bus fare is also little bit more. There are no AC bus service of this travels. Online booking through redBus you can do. Comfortable seats are there in night rout buses.

They serve mostly places in the southern part of Assam and Tripura. Regular day and night bus services can be availed with drop offs to the ISBT. Staffs are decent, though nothing much to praise about and don't even think about using their wash rooms as they are really pathetic. Conditions of the buses are not that great as their maintenance is really poor.

Yesterday I'm traveling in this bus aizawl to guwahati and before they promise me I can reach guwahati morning 7 or 8 something that's why I book my train ticket 11am but I reach guwahati 12 and I miss my train because of driver.. They don't want to understand anything they need only money.. Before I ask that ticket booking counter and that man say u can reach guwahati 8am but I know they always say lie don't trust them.. If u want to go aizawl to guwahati so u can take sumo aizawl to silchar and after take train because this travel agency is not good and they don't want to understand customs problems..

Travelled recently. Will give feedback:
1. Punctual
2. Sleeper seats not dusted.
3. Luggage dickey was very very dirty. All bags and trolleys were covered in dust badly after trip.
4. Risky travel. Tire burst on way. When I got down, saw treads were almost not there.
5. 2x1 coach so seats wide, but not comfortable for reclining and no footrest under seats in front of you.
6. No water bottle, no charging, no functioning over head lights, no other amenities.

They are fraud they dont refund my money. On 28 june 2022 bus departure 1 hour earlier from Khanapara, Guwahati.

Very poor service provided by Jagannath Travels bus no AS11AC 4565. Passenger capacity is 35 , but 45 nos of passengers are now present in this bus. Seats are broken, even there is no mobile charging point. Behavior of bus conductor is very poor. Very upset.
