Please stay away! Priyankshu took advance, made a commitment to us and did not deliver.. had to struggle every single day to get vehicle. The pics he showed when booking were completely opposite of the van that we finally got - dirty, broken down and non-ac. The driver was rude and demanded more money at the end of the trip, had to threaten police action to get them to back off. Instead of telling us upfront that they didn’t have a vehicle, they made up excuses and ruined our trip.

Biggest frauds ever. They make false commitments and cheat both their customers and their drivers. Ruined our entire trip. Absolutely do not deal with these cheats

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Single handedly ruined our 7 day trip. Changed cars and drivers everyday and each one was worse than the last. Wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. DONT EVER USE THIS AGENCY.

Very bad experience from loijja travels,he has hired my car for a shillong,cherrapunji trip but not paid my money,i asked for my money and now he will not rcv my call.Mr Priyangshu Deka

Hello Mr. Priyangshu, thanks for your guidance throughout our tour to Andaman, It was a nice experience with Loijaa travels, everything was good hotel, vehicle and also the driver Aman was very polite, and also I'll suggest everyone. Thanks a lot.

Stay away from this fraudulent Loijaa travels... Mr.Prayankshu Deka will play all kind of trick to cheat you hefty amount beyond agreement ; even by threatening in the middle of the trip... Please please stay away, especially if you are planning to bring family... Don't pay any advance amount... Definitely you will get cheated.

I contacted them for train tickets, was advised to send relevant travel information and was advised to call back. I tried contacting them multiple times, none of my calls were answered.
Really disappointed with the service, shall not recommend it to anyone.
