Siang Explorer is definitely a very good trip organizer for North East. The arrangements were as asked for, meticulously planned itinerary with good hotel room. Special mention for our driver Mr Heman. He was very courteous and friendly. Took us around very comfortably, as we were traveling with our toddler kid. Thank you Siang.

Our trip was brilliantly managed by all of you. Right from the day Mintu answered my queries on the 7n/8d trip for Assam Meghalaya Kaziranga to the last day I spoke to Topaban everything was managed superbly. Mintu was brilliant in clearing all the doubts & arranging everything for the trip, Tapoban was amazing & very helpful when contacted & above all Sanjay who was with us for the entire trip. There had been odd hours when I called, never did I have to wait to get my call answered by Mintu or Tapoban. They were very helpful.The entire trip was very professionally managed right from the initial days of booking, the Pick up, the transport provided, the tour manager cum  guide, the driver, the Hotels, the sightseeing planning everything was meticulously planned & executed to perfection.Special mentioned of Sanjay  who was our tour manager cum guide was brilliant. Always smiling, helpful, professional, knowledgeable & courteous and at our service.He had real patience to manage 22 ladies. He is one reason why our trip was so good.All the Hotels were chosen well, were located in comfortable areas & very easily accessible. We always encountered helpful staff at all places with very good customer service.

Overall our trip was excellent and memorable.I have traveled with other tour operators as well but never have I seen the trip planned & executed the way it was by Siang explorer
We have already spread the word to our relatives who are keen to visit North East in the future.

Go ahead with Siang Explorer if you are planning for any north east trip. I got his contact from one of my teacher who has already done a lot of trips with Siang. We did our Gangtok trip of 7 days with him. All the trip was wonderfully arranged. Hotels were nice.

I had taken the Guwahati----Shillong----Cherrapunji----Mawllynong/Dawki----Kaziranga package through Siang explorer. The trip was really well planned and executed smoothly. Mayurima and Naba really helped a lot throughout the planning and during the travel.
Hotels at Guwahati and Kaziranga were awesome.
All the places covered were really beautiful.
The driver/guide was really a nice person.
Overall, we all had a wonderful time.

Rooms in Shillong could have been better.
The vehicle didn't have any aux cable and charging point. In a long journey this must have been included as well. Apart from this, no issues at all.

Travelled to Assam and Kaziranga in Nov 2019.
I had a great experience with Siang Explorer. From the very start, the travel agent Ms. Mayurima, adjusted the plan according to our liking. She planned our Guwahati and Kaziranga trip literally in a span of 3 days..which was amazing !! Took in our recommendations of resort and hotel and was quick to respond and immediate at action !

Our guide and driver Mr. Diganta knew the history and geography of the places really well. Took time to help us explore all the places really well. He was fun, respectful and really prompt. Very punctual and a great driver ! Highly recommended !! Ask him as a guide while exploring Assam !

I had booked Meghalaya package through Siang agency. And i must say it is worth going through Siang. The stay was really comfortable and all the places that was covered were really beautiful. I really appreciate our travel agent Mayurima ..best agent and really kind hearted. She made sure our tour was safe and also cab driver Chandra for showing the best places of Meghalaya.

It was a much needed vacation after COVID 19 & Siang explorer made it sure to make it a memorable one!!! Had planned a 6D/5N holiday to shillong and cherrapunjee. Mr Kaushik had planned it perfectly including major sightseeing places, trek n relaxation. Since this was our first trip to northeast , we were bit skeptical about the hotels and the food. Kaushik made things very easy for us. The hotels were perfect a abode for nature lovers and those who want peaceful stay. Even the food at the hotles was very good. Coming to sightseeing, Meghalaya is truly a beautiful place, tourist places are well maintained and even though the places are a bit scattered, the journey itself mesmerises you. Mr Raju, our driver was also very good, humble and punctual. He had good knowledge about the places and the roads and was a safe driver. Siang explorer made sure that we get everything which was promised to us while planning the itinerary. A warm welcome by Assamese Gamusa was apleasant surprise for us!!! We r very satisfied with the services provided by Siang explorer and look forward to explore more of Northeast with the team!!
