I got worst experience. They send the Driver number wrong. The driver number shared with me is already his duty was finished. I called him..he gave another number...this is the bus I travelled... They should carefull while sharing the driver number.. If any emergency means who is responsible.. we are spending lot of money while booking the bus tickets..

One of the worst service i ever saw in private travelers....

Used 3 times till today and always late to pick and very late in dropping....
i planned to arrive by morning 06:30 Hrs however the bus arrived at 08:00 hrs or beyond that and I was unable to proceed with the actual plans....

It's really surprising - Charging more than ₹1500/- nothing less than his peers-however still he provides "NO WATER BOTTLE"

And one more surprising thing is that i noticed he had been driving the bus in small streets instead of main roads... Something fishy🤔

If you call to driver he will not have any patience to speak and give information at what time the bus will arrive the pickup location...

Hopeless service...... Actually i hv to get in to d bus frm Gnt to vsp . But theyadee got into another bus frm Gnt to Vijayawada there they will the bus and then frm there to vsp .. hopeless worst awkward service

Worst bus ever..took longer than usual journey time.Bus stoppings are like RTC ..They are looking for money but not passengers convience

Compared to earlier trips, bus was poorly maintained with Mosquitoes and bad quality pillow and blanket

Worst customer service. To even keep the luggage in the bus, they are charging us money. They are so rude. They are not even stopping the bus at the place we ask them to. It's not like we are riding the bus for free. One of the guys said when I asked him to keep the luggage in the back of the bus, - we are not even getting paid for this. Why would we even keep your luggage down there. Do something about this. Definitely not going to book another time.

The bus is not well maintained and is very shabby. The is no compulsory rule of wearing a mask during the journey so many were without it making the travel unsafe. Only good part was the maintenance of the timing.
