Sri Venkatramana Travels

I booked ticket for 18th Sept night 10.30 journey left side window seat, but they changed my seat to right side in another bus starting time 10.00pm without my permission and informed with SMS not through voice call .. Bus is arrived on time but departured at abt 10.30 and started movie at 11 pm.. I asked them is it right time to see..and I requested to decrease the sound but they could not heard my request and it was completed at abt mid night 1.am.. I was frustrated I never feel like this and ac also not good.. the bus looking out side is very nice but inner look is completely disappointed.. I will never choose for travel this travellebus unless in any emergency
My request is don't play the movie after 11.00pm as many of the people working hole day and they may be tired.. so finally I was not happy hole journey.. and bus also huge sound and disturbed sleeping.. please maintain at good condition..

The staff is very attentive even when I went there they were sleeping and as soon as I step in the immediately helped me and did my work done

Worst experience, at present I am in travelling, bus full of mosquitoes, as a women I really felt unsecure to travel in this bus, I would never recommend anyone for this bus

The bus was very good but they have don't stop for the bus timings in 7:30pm started evening but they don't have stop the bus for food this is not correct way they have change the rule and stop the bus for food

Very worst service. Even they are not responding properly. They changed the boarding stop but didn't inform to the customers.
