Worst experience ever, parcel was not moved during transit, only after calling several times, they found it then they transported on another ongoing vehicle after three days and received it on 4th day. The fruits were near to rotten stage inside the parcel. The delivery contact guy switched off his mobile phone and helpline was not at all helpful in updating. The madurai office guy helped in initial updating but later he also did not pick up the call. First time to use this service, but very worst experience. Mistakes are acceptable but switching off the phone and not answering the call is poor professionalism. I dont want to give even that one star
