They are chor people. Conductor refused to give balance amount. Aalso use hard language. No contact information is available for complaint.

I got bus from bathinda to mukatsar on 18/11/2021 .I got 2.5 tickets and gave 500 hundred rupees to conductor but he gave me only 20 rs back
When i asked my balance he aaid you give me only 200 rupees and he refused me to give my balance.

Conductor's behavior was very rude

They have employed highly unprofessional people, their bus conductors don't even know how to talk to passengers. They talk very rudely like they are doing some sort of favour to us even when we're paying the full ticket price.Today I had the worst experience of my life during travelling. I will never ever recommend anyone to use this company's bus service.

I took bus from Barnala to ludhiana at 10:10 morning, the regular ticket price is 105 rupees per passenger from Barnala to ludhiana but the conductor cost me 120 rupees from Barnala to Ludhiana, it is not about 15 rupees but it's about taking more ticket price then usual price, it's mean Pvt organization costing more from a passenger that. Is it violations of public services that were provided by Pvt sectors. Kindly resolve the issue and next time cost the passenger only fair amount.
