Worst experience, wifi was ON but not working…. They would turn on the Ac and turn off right away.
Also The seats were so uncomfortable.
There were no curtains, couldn’t sleep at all. The ride was almost like traveling in a govt. owned bus.

Such a decent and smooth service they provide at a minimal price from Punjab to Delhi airport (precisely at the entrance of Terminal 3). And they also provide pick up and drop facility to your hometown or villages inclusive in that same fare

Use to be good but now the buses are tired, staff has casual attitude, connecting taxis SE replaced by tempo traveller. Pick and drop is still reliable!

Traveled from Amritsar to Jalandhar by tempo travel and from Jalandhar to Delhi on so called “luxury sleeper class”. 9 degree outside temperature. Had to sleep with kids on cold leather seats, no blanket provided. Asked the driver to turn the heat on, the answer was “nothing is working in this bus”, “no heater”.
I Could not even turn the cabin light off!! Even driver couldn’t do it and he was abusing the company!!
Couldn’t find anything ‘Luxury’!
Bad experience second time!!

Worst experience . Bad bus uncomfortable seats . My final destination was Mukerian and the bus stopped at Jalandhar and from Jalandhar a car transported 4 of us to our final stop and the car was in such a poor condition it was hard to breath in that car . Please improve your services ❤️

Phone could not be charged by my wife. She travelled from Jalandhar to IGI airport by sleeper bus at10 am today and her seat No was U18.
Moreover the driver did not slow down at broken roads. I don’t the exact route taken by bus. Please check the things before saying OK for bus.
Paying 2800 rupees was not worth for today trip.

First they charge me for sleeper than put me in regular indo Canadian bus. WiFi is on but driver say they don't have no data plan on their account. If u can't afford the bill just take it off.

Called beforehand on the phone told us to bring passports as proof and that they had space for us once we got there told us no space they recorded the call admitted they told us to come but said they sold out. Used same company when we came in worst drivers he missed 3 stops then did a U-turn wasted 2 hours going back to drop the peoples stop he missed. Used PRTC down the street cheaper than Indo Canada buses for the heads up.
