Odisha,s no 1 currupted office is road transport department.all works done by agents.i have applied my ownership tranfer of my bike since nov.2017 even i paid the govt. charges. Rs.218 but agents charges me Rs.1600 also paid by me. But my online applicatipn status is pending for verification.
After 7 months pending i have lost my patience. Agent chages 2nd time me 500 rupees for proceding fr verification of document.
