This person who's at their front desk, Mr. Rout for number mentioned in website is a total nut case who's extremely uncourteous, impatient, arrogant and fraudster. He doesn't know how to speak to clients. Does not co-operate when weight is asked to be verified. I had to ship a stone art piece from BBSR to Bangalore but he is not agreeing to show me the weight evidence. DO NOT TRUST THESE LOCAL vendors. The reviews are fake. Because with 4.9 you don't expect shoddy behavior when you're paying the cargo.

Cheaters and frauds. Stole petrol from my car, even my USB and also kept my car in pathetic condition for many weeks. Tyres were punctured, battery completely down. Worst company to deal with.
They don't even give you proper receipt but just say, "believe us".
