We have a set of delicious snacks like thothal, cheepaniyam, Oattu maavu. You can have parotta kurma from any hotel as a tasty dinner. Few vegetarian hotels have sprouted with good result. Lovely people and safe place to roam around. 👍🏾

For travelers info, check your coach position chart near station masters room, this station don't announced any information about coach position also the digital board in side the platform also not in working condition, for manging Last minute hurdles please check before in boarding especially in the evening.

A town where people are very obliging and friendly. Lord Nataraja idol made of Emerald, 5.5ft height, at UttarakosaMangai, aplaceto be visited by all.

3 Platforms station and well maintained. It is a major station that reaches Rameswaram.Because sometimes the rameswaram train should stop here only.
