Railway station surrounded by nature, but this station also doesn't have any basic needs, railway should develop all their stations in southern region

Jurisdiction. It is belongs to the Madurai railway division of the Southern Railway Zone of Virudhunagar district in Tamil Nadu. The station code is SVKS.
Great station

Pros
Neat and Tidy
Shops are available for water, food or snacks but for limited time.
Station toilets are well maintained.
Platforms are long
IR station team (Station Master, Ticket Issuer, etc.) are polite and helpful

Cons
Bus facility is very meager.
Fare of autos is huge. Nearby bus stop is at SFR college stop at the east or the stop in Srivilliputur & Railway feeder road Junction at the south of station.
Long distant trains run for a maximum up to Chennai or Coimbatore and not more than that. (Still more trains to be introduced)

Improvements Required
No night trains are there (neither late night arrival nor late night departure trains), so the station activities nearly become zero after Podhigai express passes at 8 to 9PM daily.
Most of India's crackers are coming from this city (while the remaining are imported from China for which i detest), so there should be at least 1 direct train to north India, which can increase the passengers coming in to this station, thereby increasing the standards.
More connectivity with the railway station is expected from TNSTC, providing at least 2 buses, connecting station and Sivakasi bus stand, at least during the normal train timings.

The Famous Sivakasi City railway station is really good.
It's maintaining its own tribute.
Developments are under progress and the Stalls are more now. The passengers shelters shed are now extended.
Railway Protection Force Police were also there Round the clock.
There is no rush on ticket counters.
Lighting facilities are good.
Rest rooms are there and cloak rooms are available.

Sivakasi district doesn't have much facilities like Madurai, Trichy and Chennai. The railway station is also very small. The bazaar area was too crowded. There was no Swiggy, Zomato, Ola and Uber. Transportation and road facilities was not good as I saw a lot of pits on the streets.

This railway station is small but is well maintained with adequate facilities. The bus stop is little far but you'll get auto, outside the railway station. Two wheeler parking is also available. But only few trains will come and there is no rest room.

Sivakasi second platform not good
Many old building was there but not in use no proper maintenance.
