Tiruchchirappalli Fort

This is small station. Most train don't stop here. If they don't get signal only they stop here.
This station is mainly for local trains. And some long distance trains stop here.
Poor maintenance.

Station has the exact place where the compartment will stop

Good n crowdless railway station. If you have own vehicle or planning to go by taxi, better to get down here than to go to TPJ. It takes around 30 minutes to reach TPJ, by the time which you can reach home 😀😀

Good non-congested station ,mostly people walk here in the platforms in the evngs since it's very well ventilated and most trains stop here ,so to board up and down this is best since you don't have to walk a lot of platforms apart as in trichy junction ,and overall a well connected,heart of the city station.

A small railway station but very well maintained. It gives good feeling to be here.
The crowd will be very less most of the times.
Few trains stops here.
Chatram bus stand is very near ( 10-15 mins of walk) and hence many people get down here instead of going to Trichy Junction.
There is a foot bridge to cross the platform.
Its really a nice place to visit.

Trichy fort railway station,previously very busy, neatly maintained and well guided and friendly security force.

One of favourite place to relax in the morning. This place doesn't have rush and people opt for morning walk on the road beside the platform.

Station is mainly for customers of passenger trains and trains towards karur..
Clean and well maintained..
One of the pollution less place to have your walking/jogging.
