Wonderful station, this station is part of a world heritage site. It still maintained it's heritage look with all need full modern facilities. Nilgiri Mountain rails connect Mettupalayam- Coonoor-Ooty. Usually it's full sometimes you find seats in off season so its better to book tickets online in advance.

Undoubtedly the best narrow gauge railway station in India. The line passes here for Ooty on one side and Mettupalyam on the other. It's better to book the train tickets beforehand for a better experience. The landscape is so beautiful that you'll fall in love with the place.

The Nilgiri Mountain Railways most beautiful railway station. Clean and bery well maintained. You can see the retired locomotive and other equipment used in indian Railways. The very first train departs by 7.30 am and last train comes here by 6.00 pm .
