Muzaffarnagar railway station is a station on the Northern Railway network. It comes under Delhi Division of Northern Railway. And provide connectivity to major cities of India mainly Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Lucknow etc. It is an important station on the New Delhi–Dehradun line. It is almost in the mid of the entire route. It has best in class Parking & Cleanliness among entire railway stations of Western Uttar Pradesh. It also lies on the main route of Northern freight corridor. Almost all the freight of Uttrakhand passes through here.

One of the biggest Junction in Bihar, with railway training institute. Big platforms and huge area need more upgradation in terms of infrastructure development. South gate side known as Butler gate is improving now after a huge negligence.
Also, security is the most important thing to be improved here.

One of most busiest railway station in Bihar. Not a good neat and clean. Total No. Of platform is 8.1,2,3,4,5 in sequence but 6,7,8 is available at the last side of the platform no.1.Only East champaran , west champaran and sitamarhi passengers trains are departed from platform no. 6,7 and 8. Don't confuse in platforms numbers.

It is equipped with all the essential facilities which a typical Indian railway station possesses.6 platforms, one elevator, three overbridges, some food stalls, very few sitting spaces. Not very good but decent. But just outside the railway station a lot of construction activities are going on, so a little congested outside.

There was noise and commotions everywhere. There was a great rush at the doors of compartments. Many passengers got down and many more got in. Coolies were seen carrying heavy bundles of luggage on their heads.

It is a huge railway junction and also has railway training centers. The cleanliness is not that good here, this junction needs to be kept clean.
