This is a very big station and also it is headquarter of NF railway. The station is very neat and clean . From here you can get the Train for all over India and also for Nepal via purnia , jogbani and this is the busiest route . For the Northeast states this station plays a very important role in connectivity. I am not sure whether it has 8 or 9 platforms. I love the puri sabji of this station which you can easily get at every stall.
