Best site to get glimpse of migratory birds. For visitors please do not bring polythene with you and try to keep the place litter free and pristine, otherwise we will loose a gem.

A good Bird watching place.
But there were very low bird movement due to Deforestation and human interference.

Chawandiya is 14 kilometres from Bhilwara. It is a large pond with a Chamunda devi temple in the middle, and many foreign birds visit every winter. There is also a two-bird festival in our hamlet every January, which began last year.

Discovered this beautiful place on my recent trip to #rajasthan. This place, Chawandiya Bird View Point is kind of a Bird Santuary and is near #bhilwara district. It's a very unexplored place but very easily accessible by road. It's barely 2 km inside from the main road and roads are inside the village are not bad, you can also reach here by an SUV easily. Im surprised why not people have noticed this picture perfect paradise of migratory birds. The lake also has a temple of Chawandiya Mataji in water which is connected by a small 20 metre bridge and looks so beautiful. It's a must visit place if you're in Rajasthan. I request the rajasthan tourism to please develop this place and declare it a bird Santuary.
