Nice place. What we liked the most was the drive to Guru Shikhar.
This is the top/peak of the State of Rajasthan.
The place was very clean and all the hawkers were well behaved. Beautiful place to visit during monsoon and winter. You will enjoy more if you drive a car to this place from the Mt Abu city....
You will enjoy nature's beauty.

Highest Peak in Mount Abu where you can see breathtaking views.

Road to reach here is has some rough patches but overall it is good and paid parking is also provided.

You need to climb some steps before reaching this peak and there are plenty of shops to do shopping.

The view of planet observatory center from the peak is amazing.

Good place. It is really foggy in monsoon. There are many steps to reach the top. There are multiple temples at top. Lot of Maggi places, having Maggi in that weather was amazing.
Not very tiring if you've normal fitness, there's no 1 big place at top, so find multiple photo spots

Must to if you in Mount Abu, highest pick gives very good view of Abu mountain range. Self drive could be more exciting. Nice options for shopping from local street vendors.
There are quite a few stairs to climb but the view is rewarding enough. There's a temple for the religious too. Becomes quite hot in the sun with few shades.
It's an experience you'll never forget. Trip to Mount Abu is incomplete without trekking to the top of Guru Shikhar!

Great view from the top. This is the highest point in the Aravali mountain Range.

Apparently most guides will skip this, so better confirm if you’re coming to the Mount Abu area if this is in your itinerary.

I recently visited Mount Guru Shikar and was blown away by the stunning scenic beauty of the mountains. The view from the highest point of Mount Abu was breathtaking, making for an unforgettable experience. Additionally, there were plenty of food places nearby, offering a range of tasty options for all tastes. I would definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful mountain top for anyone looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Five stars for the natural beauty and convenience!

Amazing place to feel that you are at Top of the World it’s a holy divine place again an underrated place. I would suggest instead of going from car take a two wheeler on rent from Mount Abu and than drive the way it has many beautiful spots during the route where you can take some of the best clicks. Roads are very curvy and few hairpin bends are there so drive carefully and after reaching parking …….walking on the way to top 380 steps are there but on the route many options of refreshments are there….most importantly don’t fancy too much to take pictures by hanging on stones and hill edges it is very risky because medical facilities are very far.
