A hill top with a view of the city and mountains meeting at the horizon. Pleasant winds blowing. A peaceful and relaxing time can be spent here with friends and family. The way up is through a small trek amidst tress and bushes. Plan to get down before sunset as after dark the path can be dangerous.

Amazing place to enjoy sunset with the city view. But make sure to start back before it gets too dark as the short trek(15 mins) is through bushes.

Wow location in wayanad kalppeta. Very easily accessible. Small deviation from kalppeta bypass. Cool atmosphere. Very best in winter . Nice view and photogenic area. Very much peaceful . Loved the destination and car goes 3/4 of the location.

One of the most low-key places. A small trek which leads to a beautiful view. If you stay near pookode, make sure to give this place a visit.

A temple on top of the rock is the main attraction here. U can view the whole kalpetta town from this place. Excellent spot for watching sunsets. A small pond is there next to the temple.

The place has a great view point once you reach the top. The trek from the base is quite lengthy, around 40 mins. The car will go half way to the top. The rest needs to be on foot. On the top there is a Jain temple. The temple was closed. The view is amazing in the morning and the whole kalpetta town can be seen from here. Other than that, there is nothing much else to do here. No security or entry tickets were there. The place could be much more maintained if efforts were put in by the government!

It's a hill top view point. I went there to see the sunset. Which, from the height felt amazing. Fresh air and the golden hour. You need to trek for 5 min to reach the hill top. Jain temple is also there but it was closed when I visited. A few small shops on the way and the localities are helpful there. The vehicle is parked on the road only as the road is narrow.

Mailadippara is a local spot with a very good view point. Went there by car. The path is very narrow ( only one vehicle can pass through the road at a time). Place is much of a local interest. There is a small area for parking. Keep in mind that it is not a well maintained tourist spot.
Once you have parked, you have to walk a bit to reach the viewpoint. There is a jain temple at the top.
