This place was of 18th century. It is in ballagarh-Haryana. Raja Nahar Singh played a key role in the revolt of 1857. This place has beautiful carved stone entry gate, chatri etc. now it is taken care by Haryana government, place also has 8 rooms to stay. Mainly these days used for photo shoots and marriage functions.

Raja Nahar Singh palace is situated in the crowded area. At one look you won’t be able to identify this place built 300 year ago. Mostly this palace is now use for shooting and weddings. This place is now under govt of Haryana and has converted into hotel with nominal charges of around inr 2500 per night.
Work on stone is so fine and artistic.

Raja Nahar Singh Palace, a symbol of the last ruler of Ballabgarh, Raja Nahar Singh, is a very beautiful and very big palace, which is near Ballabhgarh bus stand on NH19.

This is no more a haritage or a place to visit. People have taken this place for marriage party purpose. If you go there then you won't even allowed to go inside the place. Pathetic situation.. I would suggest you not go there ..this is not a picnic spot or a place where you can spend your time with your loved ones.. so don't go ..

Raja Nahar Singh Mahal or Palace, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana

Type: This is a heritage site. A palace...large enough.

Architecture: well built, like Rajasthani palace overall.

Current status: maintenance seems some lack of care. Specially the surrounding part.

Hotel: rooms can be taken for staying there. Second floor rooms. Royalty will be well visible there

Restaurant: in ground floor. Variety of menu available.

Cost: room and restaurant prices are quite high....may be to match up with the royalty.

BUT MY SUGGESTION, is to reduce the price so that most of the people including the lower middle class can afford it..then only a lot of customers will increase and the business will run smoothly.
