Beautiful place untouched by polluting humans as very few climb up the mountain. A well to experience pulley system of drawing water....a temple and a pond on top. The baba residing there offered us tea and chhach... very refreshing.

You wont be able to recognise it until you notice the patches on the rocks.its an experience in itself to see such historic things...there are couple of temples but the hike to reach can be tiring about 30-45 minutes climb...its very isolated though.

This extinct volcano is in Haryana near the Rajasthan border.
There are two side from which you can climb up the hill. I would suggest that you go from Thana village side as that has shelter and water facility in between the stairs at short intervals. Also that is the shorter distance.
The best season to go to Dhosi is post monsoon or Winters as in summers the region is too hot.
It is most beautiful in September as there is greenery all around and blue sky with cotton clouds in the sky.
Make sure you have water bottles, caps and shades on to avoid excess heat.
When you reach the top you'll find the very beautiful centre of the extinct volcano where there are temples, ponds and beautiful cows. It's a very beautiful place to visit.
Just for safety, make sure you don't go to the place alone if you're not familiar with the region. Try going with your friends or some guide.

Hill is so High. Feel ligh a hill station. Good place ,at least you should visit at once. But the problem is that you won't get facilities of food water etc. Get your lunch packed and bottles of water as you're going to exhaust too much because slope is too High.

We can visit here with family, one and half hours climbing, adventure hills. Chavvan Rishi Tapobhumi. You must have your own arrangements of drinking water before upstairs bcoz there is no water or eatable facilities at middle or top. Best time is early morning.

This hill is around 750 meter from sea level and is an extinct volcano. There are only single digit number volcanos in India. Here last eruption was around 750 million years ago.Wonderful place to hangout with friends and family. You can go there anytime of year, but this place looks spectcular during monsoon season.Early morning hiking is recommended so you can witness a beautiful sunrise. There is no shop on hill so better take eatables before hiking.

Not for the physically unfit
Steap inclination, harsh weather (depends on when you visit), nothing is available once you start the climb so carry what you need including ample water
There is a pond at the top we're you can take a dip
