Haridwar Taxi Car Rental service

After committing a price, they told us that the cab was not available and we will have to pay a higher price as they have to arrange cab from another travel company. That too when they deserted us at 7 PM on a dark road of Haridwar. Travel with them at your own risk. Infact never travel with them. Then they wanted 100% advance despite an understanding of approx 50% advance and balance at the end of journey. Very unprofessional.

This travel agency is highly unreliable. They created so many issues for us that I would strongly recommend people not to use their services. They talk sweetly but at the end will do enough to extract money from you and make the journey uncomfortable.

I have used their services twice now. Last year I had a wonderful trip to Sri Kedarnath ji. We used the cab from Haridwar to Sonprayag and back, which was comparatively better. Driver Mr Ram Prasad was again, very professional, well informed and pleasent company to be with. His knowledge of the area came really handy when we were returning after a tough trekk and were easily able to find him, as per his suggestions.Thanks Mr Sanjay and Mr Rakesh for a wonderful yatra
