We had a fantastic experience with MTS cabs. The calls are promptly, professionally and politely answered with clear information by the owner, Uttam Singhji. We had two fabulous trips to Rishikesh and Hardiwar from Dehradun and the drivers guided us superbly and made the trip enjoyable. I would specially mention driver Rohit who was extremely well informed and so considerate, he made us know the exact routes around Haridwar and was extremely polite and pleasant. The sedans provided were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this can services to tourists around Dehradun, and will take their help for future visits. Met taxi at the airport entrance. The car was clean. driver was very competent and smooth and didn't take any crazy risks. Price seems reasonable compared to prices online though maybe you could find cheaper if you negotiate at the airport. The driver was friendly and though he didn't speak English we managed to communicate perfectly well.

MTS Cab- Taxi Service is very easy to go with any kind of taxi booking. The Service provide remained polite and professional throughout the booking process. The driver provided for my hired taxi reached before the allotted time and drove the taxi with utmost care and remained cooperative and gentle. I would surely consider MTS Cab- service for my future booking.

It was a great experience we used the taxi for 5 days and the Driver was very helpful and knowledgable we travelled to Mussorie and Rishikesh and the Driver knew the places well and was always professional.
The cars are well maintained and drive was very comfortable. Loved MTS cabs for the service will use there services again if we travel in Uttarakhand

Edits: Prompt response from the cab agency, I have described the issue and they were listening and showing interest to resolve the issue in future. That's the hallmark of good service provider. 👏. Updating my rating just because of their willingness to address the issue seriously!. Hope no such issues come up in future.

I booked MTS cab by looking at the google review. I had to travel from my hometown Uttarkashi to Noida and my Pick-up was scheduled from Dehradun. I paid 2000 rupees in advance to the cab booking company through google pay. Next day we reached Dehradun using our own car and so far the driver called in advance and looked fine and came on time for pick-up. But the grass and experience is always greener on the other side. He came to the pick up point on time. I requested him to come to ISBT OBERAI Motors gate, as we were dropping our car for service and had heavy bag with 2 small kids. First of all he came from wrong side himself and instead of reversing the car drove the car in opposite direction and parked it also in wrong way. Now, he was worried about the Challan so started asking us to board the car quickly, we were already coming after having a 6 hours of travel so instead of a little bit of patience, he started getting anxious and started behaving badly. I understand he was worried about Challan but that is not an excuse to badly behave with the customers. Now the more interesting part was that out of the total 5-6 hours of travel time ⏲️ 5 hours he was talking on mobile phone without hands-free device that too on a highway 🛣. Very adventurous! One more shock after reaching the drop point in Noida, he asked for Rs 2000 💰. Even though I had paid the entire booking amount, not only his behavior was so pathetic but to my surprise he put me on phone with booking company guy Saleem bhai who also asked for money, which was already paid. After few checks and bad behavior session they realized that the amount was paid in full. How pathetic communication between driver and cab booking agency, and how ill mannered drivers!

Next time please educate your drivers a little bit, how to be a little bit well behaved and patience.

I'm ready to pay a little extra for awesome cabs and drivers.

Mr.Vicky, Driver had provided the best locations for amazing experience during my continuous trip to Dehradun,Mussorie,Nainital & Haridwar.
Polite person & the best thing is that no need to worry about toll charges, Parking,etc. The package includes all. The trip is really cost effective.

Our Journey:
Dehradun Airport -> Haridwar -> Rishikesh -> Mussoorie -> Dehradun Airport.

Good things first:
1. Car which was provided was in very good condition.
2. Journey was very comfortable as the driver had good skills.
3. Total cost for the travel was considerably good.

Things to improve / complaints:
1. Driver was very non Cooperative.
2. He didn't guide us on the travel.
3. He intentionally made us spend more time in some places so that he could skip covering other important places.
4. He never informed us the timings of the ticket counters until it was too late.
5. Even after calling him multiple times to pick us from certain places as it was difficult to walk for our parents, he refused by saying there was more traffic. But when we reached there we found no traffic.
6. He always carried a sad face in the entire journey.
7. With out using a portion of common sense he kept on calling me while we were checking in at the airport. Later he demanded me to pay the fine which was imposed on him.

These were few of his misconduct.

Please guide him and educate him properly so that other travellers would not experience the same fate.

8. Lastly, when I spoke to some one while booking the service, I was told we would be given 250 KMs per day to travel. But in the entire journey we just covered about 320 kms.
That was not the problem, but I was asked to pay 1000 rs extra When I requested to add Sarkunda Devi temple also to the itinerary which was just 35 km away.
