I had a great experience traveling with them the driver was punctual and polite. H e understood the town well and managed to take me to the airport on time in spite of heavy traffic. I booked them on my friend's recommendation but now I have been using their services for quite some time and the never failed to impress.

Had really pathetic experience with Vinayak travels. They made me wait for more than 2 hours when they didnt have any car available. He promised me to wait more and wasted my full day . If you dont have vehicle , then stop making false promises to travellers who are in varanasi for just one or two day stay.

I have traveled to Varansi multiple times and every time I use their services. And I have to say that they are the finest of Varansi. Cabs are always very clean and they always have professional drivers. If you are in Varansi this is the only right choice.

Cab that i booked was in quite a good state. Driver too was quite professional. As i was a lone girl to travel alone to a distance of about 120 km about, but they didn't made me feel insecure about anything. The driver didn't stop anywhere on the way and was just focused on the trip. Overall my experience was quite satisfactory, safe and secure as well.

I booked the cab through this travel ,and the interesting thing is that without any knowledge who the person is. I searched Google and got the no. I booked the cab for city tour for Rs. 2000 only for six or seven places within varanasi. I carelessly paid 2700 Rs instead of Rs. 2000. When I realized I inform Mr. Pandey who is the owner of this travel. He immidiatly felt sorry and adjusted the amount for my way back to airport. I really surprised to see his honestly.
